Will Kharage be consensus candidate for Commisioner BMC ?
Insiders say that Vikas Shankar Kharage, an IAS officer of the 1994 batch from Maharashtra cadre may be consensus candidate for the post of Commissioner BMC. Kharage is considered close to both Devendra Fadnavis and Eknath Shinde.
